Track 21: with Richard Davis

Slowburn master torrent #003

DPA 4061 -> Microtracker 24/48

Notes from info file:

I have downsampled to 16/44, raised the levels and done some slight eq with Audition 3.0

Recorded from close, very close

On a very cold day in Milwaukee we almost froze to death during a very confusing and longwinding lineup for the pitlottery. Hint to the organisation. Allow in the budget for the megaphone and big sheets of paper used at one pitlottery to be brought along to the next. Can't really be that expensive.

This is a great show with a great setlist including what could probably be the most unexpected guest appearance ever.

The recording is pretty darn good. About as good as one can get without going way up equipmentwise. Add a great show, a really nice setlist and the best tapingspot I've ever had in an arena. This is one of those recordings where you feel you are really close and the other 20.000 are at the exact right distance so that they sounds just perfect. You're not gonna get any better from me.

Play it loud on a real stereosystem. Not some crappy computer speakers.

Suggest CD break after My Hometown

The 'Are You Loose?' reference to the infamous '75 show comes after Cadillac Ranch. Missed it myself at the show.

Please don't do any remasters from this version as it is downsampled from the original. Send a PM and I might make the original files available to anyone with a proven track record.
