Notes from BruceDVD:

After a 3 month break, Bologna witnessed the first night of the second European tour of 2006. With "The River" and "This Little Light of Mine" appearing in the set for the first time, this hinted at things to come over the next two months; tour debuts almost became the norm, with Bruce reaching into his back catalogue and reinvigorating some old classics in new musical arrangements.

FedeUD has added to his reputation for producing multi-cam DVDs with this 5 cam effort. The remixed audio is good and the motion menus are nicely done. However, unlike the earlier outstanding 6 cam mix of the show in Milan during May, this production is marred by some shaky camera work, particularly the screenshots, and some bizarre editing choices. A tremendous amount of work has clearly gone into this: the video switches between cameras every few seconds but this means perfectly clear and steady shots are too often sacrificed for obstructed or shaky shots. FedeUD has perhaps been too keen to utilize all the cameras when a better experience might have been obtained by placing more emphasis on longer edits from a couple of the cameras.

There is no doubting the effort put into this and, all in all, this is a good production However, it could have been even better- less would definitely have been more!
