Notes from info file:

While working with JEMS on Recorder 2 (mackeck master) for this show, a search was done of the archives for the possibility of an upgrade to the common Recorder 1 source. The archives once again did not disappoint and a 1st generation cassette emerged.

Taped from the 10th row on a Uher CR 240 deck, J of JEMS attended this show and sat with the taper, enjoying a rare taping night off. As tends to happen, the taper and master have disappeared into the night but we are fortunately left with this fine 1st generation copy.

Interestingly, not only do we get a material upgrade to the circulating Recorder 1 that we used to patch the new source shared a few weeks ago but during the final mastering process it was discovered this source has been patched with a previously unknown 3rd recorder.

This source is a big upgrade to the currently circulating source and though it still has it's share of issues (some parts are better than others, Candy's Room to Point Blank is slightly lesser quality) all in all it's an excellent listen of a tremendous late Darkness era show.

Not much you can add about the show itself that hasn't been said before, it's Darkness and it opens with 'Ready Teddy' what more could you ask for.

Big thanks to J and E of JEMS for keeping the archives open and "on call" so the music continues to freely flow. Now if we can just find that 3rd recorder...

Download includes artwork and updated "Multiple Recorder Project" spreadsheet now up to 94 shows and 227 unique recorders, thanks to all that have helped identify the multiple sources. There are still many more to come...
