Emerging from the tape archives, an incomplete alternate recorder 2 source.
Not sure what the exact story is around this recording, most songs are cut at the start or at the end and it appears someone was only recording specific songs. The recorder apparently had auto levels, as the start of each song is significantly louder for a second or so until the levels even out. I smoothed out the start of each song but did not use any fade outs or ins to keep the integrity of the source.
All songs are near complete except for a few seconds at the start and a few seconds at the end like they were conserving tape.
Growin' Up, Jungleland and Raise Your Hand are complete except for a few seconds cut at the end of Growin' Up.
Now the good news, the quality is for the most part excellent for a 1981 recording, it's a shame this isn't the complete circulating recording.
