Notes: There are two separate Twist and Shout on D3, it is that way on the artwork so I assume there's a story behind this. According to BB and other sites I've looked at T&S was the last track. So my guess is when this boot came out it was inserted in the wrong place, cut, and stuck on the end OR it really follows BTR and there is a tape flip thus we get the rest of the show and T&S is from a different tape.
