Bobby Jean is cut at start and Jungleland is cut at the end, the last track of the disc 3, is the interview with Mark Goodman. I edited the songs mixed the sound to eliminate the gap between them, I left both songs, both the original ones, that the ones edited, to maintain the integrity of vinyls and have the constant sound in the CDs. from Brucebase: Audience tape. First "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" of the tour, and at the time the earliest known date they had ever performed the song ahead of Christmas - thanks Neal. Set also includes excellent versions of "State Trooper", "I Fought The Law" and "Point Blank". "Growin' Up" features the bear story. Released on CD 'Sounds Of Philadelphia' (Collectors Dream), CDR 'This Guns For Hire' (Tobler) and 5LP set 'This Guns For Hire (Paladin Records). Again taped by Mark Persic and newly available on excellent quality CDR 'The Last Time' (Ev2) - one of the best sounding recordings of the tour. This new version also available on CD 'Philadelphia Special' (Godfather). Final show of a six night stand at the The Spectrum in Philadelphia. from Brucelegs: 'Paladin' labels (have gun will travel), hard cartoon box. B/w photo with golden title on front. There are at least two versions of the label, other one came with two colour pictures. "Paladin labels" were put on first copies. Some copies (not clear if they are a repress) had different Matrix - PAL A-J - and a stronger box. Repressed on KANDO records, matrix HGWT1959, with different disc labels (Wire P) and matrix numbers. Some pressings have blank-black labels. Rear cover on 1 gold version is different, with additional ornaments. The Wire P labels has phrases from each song in place of the right song title, so "Dancing in the dark" is "This guns for hire" and "Candy's room" is "The blood rushs in my vains" : who wrote them obviously was not speaking english (in the better case).
