The original tape used for 'Blind Faith' was a 2nd generation tape supplied by a Dutch Bootlegger who gave the tape to an American student. That student gave the tape to Damien who in turn gave it to Ev2 for his remaster. That original tape transfer by Damien was lost long ago. Ev2 did not re-index the tracks, and that's why most tracks have the same time and duration. Ev2 removed the silence at the end of "Out In The Street" and the crowd noise at the beginning of 'I'm Goin' Down'. He also removed a fadeout at the end of "Born To Run" and some silence at the beginning or "Ramrod". He removed the fade-out at the end of "Twist And Shout" and moved the crowd noise from the beginning of "Stand On It" to the end of "Twist And Shout". Ev2 also removed the silence at the end of "Rockin' All Over All Over The World". When comparing the spectral view of "Badlands" on both Blind Faith and this boot, there is no doubt that Ev2's copy is more processed than this boot. This boot is richer on the higher frequencies. See comparison attached. When listening to the audio you can clearly hear the difference. Based on all the above evidence, we can only conclude that this boot was used as the source tape by Ev2 for the bootleg 'Blind Faith"
