There would be a couple of more "reunion" appearances but a full E Street Band tour was not to be for another 4 years. After a number of guesting appearances and a mini tour with Joe Grushecky, November would find Bruce hitting the road for a year and a half solo tour in support "The Ghost Of Tom Joad", this is the third show at the Beacon Theater in New York City during the first month of the tour and the last show before a Christmas break. "The Wish" is played for the first time since the 1990 Christic Benefit. This previously uncirculated Recorder 2 source comes from an acquaintance of AK and is a gorgeous capture and major upgrade. As with most Joad shows the levels were seriously out of balance between the music, the audience and the dialogue. The show was completely leveled during the pre-mastering process and came out beautifully. In addition, the majority of close up audience noise and a couple of static bursts have been removed. The actual mastering process only took a few minor tweaks and this one should be considered one of the very best quality captures of not only 1995 but in the top tier for the entire tour. Big thanks to AK for the file as well as the past (and future) shows he is treating us to and big thanks to AK's acquaintance who wishes to remain anonymous. I can't stress enough how beautiful this show is and what a brilliant job the taper did in capturing the nights performance....sample and artwork provided. mjk5510 & AK
