Notes from Lost In The Flood:
Housed inside a solid, hard cardboard outer slipcase, this thoroughly breathtaking set comes as an elaborately designed and beautifully illustrated 80-page, 11-inch x 8-inch, ring-bound "pocket notebook" replica featuring facsimiles of Bruce's original handwritten lyrics, production notes, "work sheets" and numerous other items related to the album's recording sessions; with the six discs - the newly remastered "Darkness" CD, "The Promise" 2-CD collection of 1977/78 studio outtakes (also released separately), documentary DVD/BluRay "The Promise: The 'Darkness On The Edge Of Town' Story", DVD/BluRay "Darkness On The Edge Of Town - Paramount Theatre, Asbury Park 2009" / "Thrill Hill Vault (1976 - 1978)" and DVD/BluRay "Houston '78 Bootleg: House Cut"; all in individual cardboard picture sleeves - integrated into its pages. An extra, illustrated 12-page black-and-white lyric booklet for "The Promise" is also included as the only loose packaging element. The box originally came sealed with a red info sticker on front and a removable tracklisting sheet detailing all contents glued to the back.
