This EP was issued to promote a local movie called "Dead End Street" ("Kvish L'Lo Motzah" in Hebrew). The film was produced in 1982 and directed by Yaky Yosha, a friend of Suki Lahav ─ the wife of Louis Lahav, Springsteen's recording engineer between 1972 and 1975. Suki Lahav also played with the E Street Band for six months as a violinist and backing singer.
