In Australia, Bruce Springsteen 7-inch releases came in 4 types of CBS company sleeves:
- Type 1 is a paper sleeve with "Manufactured by Australian Record Company Limited 11 Hargrave St., Easy Sydney". It was used for the 1975-1976 singles.
- Type 2 is a paper sleeve with "Manufactured by CBS Records Australia Limited 15 Blue Street, North Sydney, Australia". It was used for the 1978 singles.
- Type 3 is a paper sleeve with "Made In Australia by CBS Records Australia Limited [logo] and CBS are trade marks of CBS Inc., U.S.A.". It was used for the 1980-1982 singles.
