This is a mid-nineties sunburst labels reissue. It comes in a plain white die-cut paper sleeve.
This copy's runout groove etchings:

Side 1 (hand-etched): ZSS-177638-1AA SL
Side 2 (hand-etched): ZSS-177639-1AA SL
The "ZSS" prefix on the runout groove (and on the labels) is Columbia Records' code for 7" single stereo 45 rpm. The "SL" (or "LS"?) monogram (a motif made by overlapping letters) on the runout groove likely represents the initials of the mastering/cutting engineer at the plant.
