IN THE MOOD is an instrumental arranged by Joe Garland and Andy Razaf and originally recorded by Glenn Miller in 1939.

The Castiles' first-ever verified public performance took place around mid-August 1965 at Woodhaven Swim Club in Freehold, NJ. The show closed with a rock arrangement of Glenn Miller's IN THE MOOD. The song was also played on some more occasions that year.
