SEA OF HEARTBREAK is a song written by Paul Hampton and Hal David. It was first recorded by Don Gibson who released it as a single in May 1961. The single reached #2 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and #21 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The above lyrics are for Don Gibson's version.
