This copy is part of the private advance press, of very few copies, for the bootleggers and their wives who completed this project, in fact they are hand numbered with the same ballpoint pen used to write the theme song on the card attached to the cover. In these few copies, unlike the 100 copies sold, the details cardboard, is not stapled to the cover, but attached freely.
