Welcome back to the series of probably uncirculated audience recordings. So the story goes, Tape Man Joe attended many 
concerts. Joe used a Sony D6 with a Nakamichi Mic and TDK metal tapes. Joe made a few copies and gave them 
to friends but never actively traded his recordings. Recently Joe lent a few of his masters to his friend, Jungleland user G 
(a generous collector himself who has lent tapes from his collection to help upgrade many shows). G asked me to finish off 
the transfers and post them. 

The Tunnel of Love Express Tour was the shortest tour of Bruce’s career. The west coast portion was even shorter. It 
was comprised of nine shows in three cities, this is the first of those shows. It didn’t feature any premieres, which was 
common for that tour. It did have the final “Detroit Medley” of the TOL Express.

Joe's master gives us three different recorders. All of them are pretty good but Joe's is clearly the best to date. 
There is an excitable gal next to Joe who is more noticeable in the first set than the rest of the show.
The other two sources are from 1st generation tapes. All sources flip between "Roulette" and "Cover Me". 
Joe's master misses no other music.

Known faults:
Tape flip between "Roulette" and "Cover Me". No patch available.

"Cover Me" includes "Gimme Shelter" in the outro. "Part Man, Part Monkey" includes "Love Is Strange" in the outro. "Born To Run" 
is solo acoustic. "Detroit Medley", which includes "I Hear A Train" and "Sweet Soul Music", makes its final appearance for the tour. 

Audience tape. Two recording sources circulate, available on CDR 'First Tunnel Of Love Night In L.A" taken from a first generation 
tape transfer (ademotte). A second source was put into circulation from a 1st generation tape in February 2015 (mjk5510).
