This SBM reissue was released on 21 Dec 1995 in a limited quantity, along with the 2nd SMB reissue of "Born To Run". It sold out very quickly and has now become very hard to find. The CD uses the Super Bit Mapping (SBM) noise shaping process. This issue features LP-style packaging that replicates the original "Born In The U.S.A." LP. The CD comes in an oversized cardboard sleeve. The sleeve also includes a 50x25cm folded paper lyrics insert in Japanese and English and a 10x15cm folded cardboard questionnaire. The sleeve is housed in a protective PVC slipcase with SBM logo. An obi strip is folded over the left side of the slipcase. Scans/Photos
