Variants:
Special inner sleeve:
Version 1 (Discogs | my copy) and some copies of version 2 (Discogs | my copy) include a special inner sleeve promoting other CBS albums. The below scans are for the inner sleeve's front side and back side respectively.
Version 2, with price code sticker:
There's a photo on Discogs of version 2 with a price code "CB 271" sticker on the back sleeve.
Version 2, with Swiss price code sticker:
I have a copy of version 2 that exported to Switzerland. It has a Swiss yellow VSSL/AFSD price code sticker (VSSL is an acronym for "Verband Schweizer Schallplatten Lieferanten", which translates to "Association of Swiss record suppliers") on the back sleeve. I don't know what "AFSD" stand for; it's probably the French equivalent of "VSSL".
Version 5, with poster:
Many copies of version 5 included a folded 19x19 inch poster announced by a special circular sticker on the front jacket (My copy | Discogs).
Version 5, with promo sticker:
There's a photo on Discogs of version 5 with a "For Promotion Only" sticker on the back sleeve.
