Live 01 Mar 1994 version
Bruce Springsteen: | People get ready, there's a train coming |
You don't need no baggage, just get onboard
Bonnie Raitt: | All you need is faith to hear the diesels humming |
Don't need no ticket, you just thank the lord
B.B. King: | May not be the best-looking woman I ever did see |
Nor have the charm of all the ladies of high society
But the woman's got soul
Worth all the money and gold
All of my love belongs to the woman with soul
Raphael Saadiq: | Hey, yeah |
Love, love | |
Sey, ah | |
Freddie's dead | |
That's what I said | |
Let the man rap a plan | |
Said he'd see him home | |
But his hope was a rope | |
And he should have known
It was hard to understand
There was love in this man
I'm sure all would agree
That his misery | |
Was his woman and things
Now that Freddie's dead, y'all
Well, that's what I said
Whoa! | |
Bonnie Raitt: | Doo, doo, doo, doo |
Doo, doo, doo, doo | |
Doo, doo, doo, oh | |
Hey, hey | |
Doo, doo, doo, doo | |
Bonnie Raitt: | If you look into your heart |
With a positive mind | |
Go on and take some inventory of your woman and your glory
Leave the bad thing behind
Everybody's got a story (everybody's got a story)
About love and the good things
Spices in your life | |
Just got to pay the price
Oh, you know what I mean | |
Bruce Springsteen: | All through the caravan |
She was dancing with all the men
Waiting for the rising sun
Everybody having fun | |
I hated to see her go | |
Knowing that she'd never know that I love her
That I love... | |
Bruce Springsteen: | I love you, gypsy woman |
Gypsy woman | |
I love you, gypsy woman | |
Gypsy woman | |
I love you, gypsy woman | |
Gypsy woman | |
Steve Winwood: | Say it's all right (it's all right) |
Said, it's all right (oh, it's all right)
It's all right to have a good time
'Cause it's all right, whoa, it's all right
Steve Winwood: | You got to move it slow |
When lights are low | |
You move it, sounds like more
'Cause it's all right, oh, it's all right
Raphael Saadiq: | Now, listen to the beat |
And kind of move your feet
'Cause when you know you got soul
Everybody knows that it's all right (oh, it's all right)
Steve Winwood: | When you wake up early in the morning |
Feeling sad like so many of us do
Hum a little soul | |
Make love your goal | |
And surely something's got to come to you
Steve Winwood: | It's all right (it's all right) |
(It's all right, it's all right)
Yeah, it's all right to have a good time
'Cause it's all right, whoa, it's all right
It's all right to have a good time
'Cause it's all right | |
All: | Whoa, it's all right |
