A MESSAGE TO COLLECTORS

I have set up a private discussion forum for serious Bruce Springsteen record and CD collectors. The goal of this forum is not to replace the Greasy Lake collectors subforum or the Facebook collectors group, but an alternative to these back-and-forth emails I have been exchanging with some collectors concerning in-depth discussion about certain Springsteen collectibles.

If you are interested, register on the forum and separately send me an email telling me who you are and what is your username so that I can approve your registration. I cannot explain everything here in this short message, so please let me know by email if you have any questions or comments.

Notes from Backstreets.com:

Winter 2004/2005. “Home of the Brave.” Our Vote for Change special, with a full 30 pages devoted to Springsteen’s October 2004 tour. Packed with exclusive color photos, in-depth reportage, and Backstreets interviews with many of Bruce’s on-stage guests: Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Mike Mills (R.E.M.), Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes), and Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam), all talking about their ride down E Street. We also follow Springsteen on the stump, and talk to historian Bryan Garman (author of A Race of Singers: Whitman's Working Class Hero from Guthrie to Springsteen) to put the VFC thing in perspective. Plus: concert coverage of Light of Day 5, Flood Aid, and the Christmas jams at Harry’s Roadhouse; and our usual columns and Boss news including reviews of the latest CD-Rs and Bruce boots. 56 pages, all in glorious full color.
