This copy was exported to Italy, as evidenced by a sticker on the back sleeve with the text "A", "AIDiF", "Associazione Importatori e Distributori Fonogrammi", and "Fonogramma Legittimamente Importato". It also has a hype sticker on the font sleeve.
As far as I know, there are at least 5 versions of the Holland vinyl pressing of The River.
