This is the 5th issue, with yellow vertical obi. It comes in a gatefold postcard sleeve and includes a Japanese lyrics insert.
There are five versions of the Japan vinyl pressing of "Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.":
- 1st issue with pink vertical obi
- 2nd issue with wrap-around obi
- 3rd issue with red/white vertical obi
- 4th issue with blue/black vertical obi
- 5th issue with yellow vertical obi
