I dissagree Eddy. CBS record plant in Spain was at one time one of largest CBS plants in Europe. CBS Spain manufactured a lot of different Bob Dylan records for export to Holland (and even to Portugal). I think that's really more correct to consider this record as a Holland issue with the record man...
