I hope it's useful for 45's maniac collectors.

I'm not aware of two CL versions, one having a small logo. This is the version I have. Can you post a scan or photo of the other version?

I was not sure this existed, but I just saw it on Discogs. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for posting a photo of "Hungry Heart/Fade Away" Collectables reissue with large logo. That's another one for me to hunt.

One other important difference from the other version is that this one does not have a barcode.
